By accessing and using ToolSarkar ("we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
ToolSarkar provides a suite of free, browser-based digital utilities, including but not limited to Resume Builders, Passport Photo Makers, and PDF editing tools. These tools are provided "as is" and operate entirely client-side.
3. User Responsibilities & Communications
You are entirely responsible for the content, documents, and images you process using our tools. Because our tools operate locally on your device, we have no access to your files and cannot recover lost data or documents once you close your browser session. You agree to use these tools for lawful purposes only. Furthermore, any direct communication with us via email is voluntary, and you agree not to send sensitive information (like passwords or private documents) through email support channels.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
ToolSarkar is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of our tools, the accuracy of the generated documents, or the suitability of the resulting files for any specific purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ToolSarkar or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, our services. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, document rejection by official bodies, or any other damages resulting from the use of our tools.
6. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time. You agree that ToolSarkar shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
